For Biltmore.com, my work focused on showcasing the full estate experience and increasing lodging sales by restructuring content based on user research and SEO best practices. To address user needs, I helped design a custom comparison system for overnight accommodations, enabling clearer pricing and option details.



I played a key role in the success of Biltmore’s first-of-its-kind online store, contributing brand strategy and content development that resulted in a 55% year-over-year sales.

For BiltmoreShop.com, I led the Shopify platform build, established new product categories, and developed compelling photography and descriptions to enhance the shopping experience.
